I have been on 15 mg of this medication. I have lost 8 pounds in a month. My doctor told me about many people gaining the weight back once they stop but I would take the pill then wait about 2-3 day maybe more and take it again so my body wouldn\’t be totally dependent on the medication. Hopefully this works in the long run and I\’m able to maintain a healthy weight.

Drug caused a quick loss of about 10 pounds a month for first three months. I had to discontinue drug due to burning from kidneys. Drug metabolites could be felt metabolizing through the ureters of kidneys (I\’m a pharmacy student). I\’m quite cautioned about this drug now and suggest others beware. Drug is fairly new which doesn\’t mean it is safe at all.

I started taking Phentermine a day ago and did not get more than 2 hours of sleep last night. (Not good when you have a 7 month old baby to take care of) When I first took the pill yesterday I felt a difference about half an hour later. Its like I got a rush of anxiety and that lasted all day long. It definetly suppressed my appetite. I had to remind myself to eat something because I had gone the whole day without feeling hungry therefore; not eating anything. I got the dry mouth but luckily no headaches…yet. My main concern is being able to sleep tonight because I am one of those people that needs to sleep at least 6 hours to function. I have not got this \"energy\" that everyone is referring to. I dont know how you can have the energy to workout when you havent really eaten and are sleep deprived. I hope to lose this baby weight soon. I\’m 5\’0 and weigh 129 lbs. According to my doctor; these numbers and my age combined put me in the \"overweight\" category. My pre baby weight was about 110 lbs but I should be anywhere from 105 lbs to 105 lbs. I havent weighted myself since its only been a day but I hope to lose 20lbs and MOST important to get some sleep tonight!!

I\’be lost 45 pounds in three months on Phentermine. It helped me to eat healthier rather than crave junk food. I drank more water than usual as well as daily cardio. 6 months have passed and I have still maintained my weight. It is excellent! I reccommend it to anyone that is serious about weight loss. It works!!!

I have been taking phentermine on and off for about two years! I was 170lbs when starting which was very large for my size and got down to 150lbs in about 4 or 5 months! I did not work out or eat healthy so yeas when I decided to slow down I gained weight back! I have since started taking it everyother day and eating healthy and exersizing! I am down to 147 and my goal is 137lbs! The last ten are the hardest but I have built muscle with the Insanity workout video which is GREAT! It is some what addictive not that I ever remember to take it but the joilt it gives you and stays with you is amazing! You can go like you are 20 again! That being said you need to be responsible and use diet and exercise or it will come back, it isnt a quick fix but helps with motivation! Side effects at first were headches for about 2weeks and couldnt sleep good for about a month! Still now when I take it, I sleep for about 6hr or 7hrs but raring to go in he morning so it is nice to not take it on the weekends so I can lounge around and sleep! I am trying to ween myself off of it, not that I could stop taking it today and be fine, its that I have come acustom to this energy which is awesome and it is hard to go back to being tired unless I have coffee! any way I enjoy it but it can be addictive but does work DIET and EXERCISE is the key to loosing weight and DIET and eating healthy is the first thing to start
